Write to us if a price has changed, an opening time is wrong, a link is broken, or something on the site simply does not match what you found at the cave. Corrections are the most useful mail we get, and they get checked against the operator's own pages before anything is edited.
What we cannot help with
We do not sell tickets, hold bookings, issue refunds or run the caves. Anything to do with your actual reservation belongs to GetYourGuide or to Discover Waitomo, the operator. If you need to change or cancel a booking, the fastest route is the confirmation email from the platform you booked on. Cancellation on the featured tour is free up to 24 hours before departure.

You probably do not need us.
